An affordable, beginner-friendly fruit press for making fresh homemade juice and cider. The Vigo 12 Litre Hobby Press uses a traditional spindle mechanism and pressure plate to gently extract juice, preserving the maximum flavour and nutrients of your fruit — capable of producing up to 11 litres of juice per hour with 3 pressings.

How to Use
- Set up the press cage on the metal base.
- Fill the cage with crushed fruit.
- Place the pressure plate halves over the fruit pulp, then fit the press block and mechanism onto the spindle.
- Use the provided handle for leverage to twist the spindle and begin pressing.
- Fresh juice will flow between the slats — have a bucket ready to collect it.
- Enjoy immediately or store for later.
Aftercare
After use, hose down with fresh water and dry with a clean cloth. Lubricate non-food contact metal parts with the provided food-grade grease to prevent corrosion. Store in a clean, dry place.
