Still Spirits Aussie Red Rum-Style Flavouring
A sweet Australian red rum-style essence built around distinctive caramel notes. It is intended for a neutral alcohol base and gives a softer, sweeter result than a dry or smoke-led spirit flavouring.
Batch information
- Essence supplied: 50ml
- Add to: 2.25 litres of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka
- Makes: three 750ml bottles
Shake the essence first, pour it into the base and rinse the small bottle with some of the alcohol. Mix the batch thoroughly and leave it for 24–48 hours before tasting.
