Turn neutral spirit or vodka into a flavoured vodka-style drink with sweet pineapple balanced by fresh, tangy passionfruit. This is a 50ml concentrated flavouring essence; it is not a finished alcoholic drink and alcohol is not included.

How to Use

1. Shake the flavouring bottle well.
2. Add the full 50ml contents to 2.25 litres of approximately 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
3. Rinse the bottle with a small amount of the spirit and add the rinse to the batch.
4. Mix thoroughly and leave for 24–48 hours before tasting.

For a smaller batch, measure the flavouring and spirit in the same proportion rather than guessing by eye.

Serving Ideas

Pair with soda, lemonade or lime, or use in tropical spritzes and fruit-led cocktails.
