Turn neutral spirit or vodka into a flavoured vodka-style drink with smooth vanilla with butterscotch and cream-fudge notes. This is a 50ml concentrated flavouring essence; it is not a finished alcoholic drink and alcohol is not included.

How to Use

1. Shake the flavouring bottle well.
2. Add the full 50ml contents to 2.25 litres of approximately 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
3. Rinse the bottle with a small amount of the spirit and add the rinse to the batch.
4. Mix thoroughly and leave for 24–48 hours before tasting.

For a smaller batch, measure the flavouring and spirit in the same proportion rather than guessing by eye.

Serving Ideas

Serve chilled, mix with cola or coffee, or use in dessert-style cocktails.
