Still Spirits Honey Bourbon-Style Flavouring
Produce a smooth bourbon-style drink with a clearly sweet honey note. The honey character softens the richer bourbon profile, making this different from the cherry and smoky options in the same range.
Make three bottles
Add this 50ml essence to 2.25 litres of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV. That provides enough finished drink for three 750ml bottles.
Shake before pouring, rinse the essence bottle with a little of the spirit, then mix everything together. Rest the flavoured spirit for 24–48 hours to let the profile combine.
