Still Spirits Ouzo-Style Flavouring
An aniseed-led essence for making a traditional Greek-style drink from neutral spirit. Its distinctive liquorice-like character separates it clearly from the whiskey, rum, gin and bourbon flavours in the Top Shelf range.
Preparation
- Shake the 50ml flavouring.
- Pour it into 2.25 litres of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV.
- Rinse out the bottle with a little of the base spirit.
- Mix and leave for 24–48 hours.
The finished batch makes approximately three 750ml bottles.
