Give a neutral spirit a pronounced smoke-led whiskey character. This 50ml Top Shelf essence produces a distinctive drink with strong smoky undertones rather than a sweet bourbon-style finish.
Yield
One bottle flavours 2.25 litres of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka, making three 750ml bottles.
How to mix
- Shake the flavouring bottle.
- Add the full contents to the spirit.
- Rinse the bottle with a little of the alcohol and add the rinse.
- Mix well and leave for 24–48 hours before serving.
