Pale blush pink in the glass with a soft, inviting nose of light cherry and red berry. On the palate it’s off-dry — a gentle touch of sweetness without being cloying — with low acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. No oak influence keeps it fresh and fruit-forward. Best served chilled; give it a few minutes to open up and the berry notes really come through.

Winemaker’s Tip

This kit is very forgiving and drinkable young, but the flavour profile improves noticeably after 4–6 weeks in the bottle. Store it cool and dark for best results.
