Tasting Notes

Pale straw in the glass with the instantly recognisable Sauvignon Blanc nose — grassy, herbaceous, and vibrant with hints of citrus and green apple. On the palate it’s dry and medium-bodied with generous acidity and a clean, flinty finish. Unoaked and refreshingly crisp — a classic expression of the variety. Improves with age up to 12 months.
