Tasting Notes

Rich and deeply coloured with aromas of dark fruit, chocolate, and warm spice. On the palate it’s medium-full bodied and dry — Cabernet’s firm structure perfectly complementing Shiraz’s ripe, fruit-forward character. A serious red with outstanding depth and a long, satisfying finish. Improves with 1–2 months of bottle ageing.

Brewing Tips

• Fermentation takes around 3–4 weeks at room temperature.
• Age for at least 1–2 months after bottling for best results.
• For greater body or depth, reduce the amount of water added slightly.
