Digital Thermometer - Alembic Dome Condenser
A replacement digital thermometer for the Still Spirits Alembic Pot Still Condenser.
It features a long stainless steel probe that inserts into the Alembic Dome Condenser to accurately measure the temperature of the vapor condensing into distillate.
Having an accurate temperature reading helps distillers optimize their distillation process and achieve desired alcohol percentages.
