DWB (Water Salts) — Burton Style Minerals 100g
DWB (Dry Water Burtonisation) is a formulated blend of powdered salts for adjusting brewing water chemistry. It raises calcium levels, adds chloride for palate fullness, and adds sulphate for a drier, more bitter character — replicating the mineral profile of Burton-on-Trent water, traditionally associated with pale ales and bitters.
