Lactic Acid Powder 50g
Lactic acid powder for adjusting the alkalinity of brewing liquor (your brewing water), lowering pH to the optimal range for enzyme activity during mashing. Correct mash pH improves extract yield, fermentability, and the clarity and stability of the finished beer. Also used in small quantities to add a clean acidity to sour beer styles such as Berliner Weisse and Gose.
