Get more from your hops with biotransformation
Harris Hop Boost is a food-grade enzyme that uses biotransformation to unlock more aroma and flavour from your hops during fermentation. Biotransformation is the process by which yeast and enzymes chemically modify hop compounds — releasing bound aromatic molecules that would otherwise remain unexpressed, and converting harsh bittering acids into smoother, more complex flavours.
The result is a beer with greater hop complexity, improved mouthfeel, and a cleaner, less harsh bitterness — particularly noticeable in hop-forward styles such as IPAs, Pale Ales, and NEIPAs.
How to Use
- Whisk the contents of one phial into half a cupful of water and mix thoroughly.
- Add to the beer at the start of fermentation.
