A balanced blend of citric, tartaric, and malic acids formulated to match the natural acid ratio found in grapes — giving you more consistent, better-tasting results than using a single acid alone.
Wine yeast requires an acidic environment to ferment effectively. Without a suitably low pH, fermentation can stall or finish too sweet. Acid blend corrects this, while also adding the pleasant sharpness that makes a well-balanced wine.

How to Use
Add in small increments to the must or finished wine, stirring well and tasting between additions. A typical starting point is 1 tsp per gallon (4.5 litres), adjusted to taste. Always check pH or acidity with a test kit for best results.
