Craft a classic London Dry-style gin at home using a carefully balanced blend of traditional botanicals. Juniper-forward with warm coriander, earthy liquorice root and bright citrus peel — everything you need for a clean, authentic gin character straight from your still.

How to Use

Attach your Botanical Basket (or Air Still Infusions Basket) to your Air Still, Alembic, or Reflux still
Add 30–35g of botanicals to the basket (use the lower end for the Air Still)
Distil as normal — the spirit passes through the botanicals during distillation, extracting the flavour
Note: if using a Turbo 500 Condenser, remove the saddles before use
