Young’s Red Grape Juice Concentrate 250ml

Young’s Red Grape Juice Concentrate 250ml, also known as Definitive Red Wine Enricher, is a recipe-sized concentrate for red and dark-fruit country wines. It adds grape character, body and fermentable sugar without requiring a full wine kit.

Typical dosage

Young’s recommends 200–250ml per 4.5 litres for most country-wine recipes, making this bottle suitable for one typical 4.5-litre batch. Follow your chosen recipe where it gives a different quantity.

How to use

Add the concentrate as directed by the recipe and mix thoroughly. It contributes fermentable sugar, so check the must with a hydrometer before deciding how much additional sugar is required. It may also be used for a simple non-varietal wine when following an appropriate complete recipe.
