Young’s Red Grape Juice Concentrate 1 Litre

Young’s Red Grape Juice Concentrate 1 Litre is a winemaking ingredient for red and dark-fruit country wines. It adds fermentable grape sugars, deeper grape character and body, and can also be used as the main base of a 4.5-litre non-varietal wine batch when following a suitable recipe.

Typical dosage

For enriching country wine, Young’s recommends 200–250ml per 4.5 litres. Follow your recipe if it specifies a different quantity. Because the concentrate contributes sugar, check the must with a hydrometer before adding further sugar.
