How to use

Fit the base securely, place the cylinder on a flat surface and pour in the liquid slowly. Read the graduated scale at eye level. Its narrow shape is useful where only a small sample or addition is required.

If you intend to use it with a hydrometer, check the hydrometer’s length and bulb diameter first: narrow measuring cylinders are not compatible with every instrument, and the hydrometer must float freely without touching the base or sides.

Care and glass safety

Wash before and after use, rinse thoroughly and avoid sudden temperature changes or impacts. Inspect the cylinder for chips or cracks before use. This product is intended for routine home-brewing measurement and is not supplied as certified laboratory volumetric glassware.
