LalBrew Pomona Modern Hybrid IPA Yeast – 11g
LalBrew Pomona IPA yeast with peach, citrus and tropical fruit character, strong biotransformation potential and 75–84% attenuation.
LalBrew Pomona IPA Yeast
LalBrew Pomona is a modern hybrid ale yeast selected for hop-forward beer. It produces peach, citrus and tropical fruit character while offering strong biotransformation potential and stable haze.
Its robust fermentation performance makes it particularly useful in highly hopped and higher-gravity IPAs where you want expressive fruit character without an excessively sweet finish.

Substitute Yeasts
LalBrew New England is a strong alternative for fruity East Coast and hazy IPAs, with prominent tropical and stone-fruit esters. Mangrove Jack's M66 Hophead is another hop-focused option, but it is a yeast-and-enzyme blend rather than a like-for-like hybrid strain.
Brewer's Tip
Pomona is a good fit when hop aroma, fruit character and stable haze are all part of the target beer. Keep fermentation within its 18–22°C range for predictable results.
