LalBrew Windsor British Ale Yeast – 11g
LalBrew Windsor British ale yeast for fruity, full-bodied bitters, milds, brown ales and stouts. 65–72% attenuation; ferments at 15–25°C.
LalBrew Windsor British Ale Yeast
LalBrew Windsor is a traditional British ale yeast that produces a fruity, estery fermentation profile and leaves more body than highly attenuative ale strains.
Because Windsor does not ferment maltotriose efficiently, it is especially useful for milds, bitters, brown ales, porters and sweeter stouts where a fuller finish is part of the target style.

Substitute Yeasts
Mangrove Jack's M15 Empire Ale is a good alternative when you want a fruity, full-bodied finish with lower attenuation. SafAle S-04 is a more highly flocculating British-style option, but it will generally finish drier.
Brewer's Tip
Choose Windsor when residual body is desirable. If the recipe needs a crisp, dry finish, use a more attenuative strain such as Nottingham instead.
