Mangrove Jack's M42 Yeast
A top-fermenting strain, suitable for many types of ales of all strengths.
Beers fermented with this strain will finish dry, and very light beers will not be thin or watery.
The acidity will be low, and the mouthfeel will be light and soft on the palate with a smooth non-astringent texture
Ferments with a neutral yeast aroma to ensure the full character of the malts and hops are prominent in each beer.
Attenuation: High (77-82%) | Flocculation: Very High (5/5) | Alcohol Tolerance: 12%
Suitable for English Barley Wine, Porter, IPA, Russian Imperial Stout & more.
Sprinkle contents directly on up to 23 L and ferment at 16-22 degrees for best results.
