Mangrove Jack's M42 - New World Strong Ale Yeast 10g
Mangrove Jack's M42 New World Strong Ale yeast for clean, well-attenuated pale ales, IPAs, porters and strong ales.
Mangrove Jack's M42 New World Strong Ale Yeast
Mangrove Jack's M42 is a clean, high-performance ale yeast that keeps fermentation character restrained so malt and hops remain at the front of the beer.
Its strong attenuation and very high flocculation make it useful for pale ales, IPAs, porters and high-gravity ales where a reliable, clean finish is required.

M42 is useful when you want reliable attenuation and quick settling without adding a large ester signature. It is a particularly good fit for malt- or hop-led recipes.
