Mangrove Jack's M66 - Hophead Ale Yeast 10g
Mangrove Jack's M66 Hophead yeast and enzyme blend for NEIPA, hazy IPA and juicy hop-forward ales.
Mangrove Jack's M66 Hophead Ale Yeast
Mangrove Jack's M66 Hophead is a yeast and enzyme blend designed for modern hop-forward beer. The included enzymes help release and enhance aroma and flavour from late hops and fruit additions.
It is particularly suited to New England IPA, hazy IPA, juicy IPA and American pale ale where expressive hop character and a soft modern profile are the goal.

Substitutes
LalBrew New England is a strong alternative for juicy, hazy East Coast-style beers. LalBrew Pomona is another excellent option for modern hop-forward IPA with expressive fruit character and strong biotransformation potential.
Brewer's Tip
M66 is more than a neutral ale yeast: the enzyme component is part of the product's hop-enhancing behaviour. A substitute can make a good hazy IPA, but it will not reproduce that blend exactly.
