Make milk kefir, juice kefir or coconut water kefir with Mad Millie Kefir Starter Culture. The freeze-dried culture combines seven bacteria strains with one yeast strain, giving home fermenters a convenient way to make fresh kefir without maintaining kefir grains.
The pack contains two sachets and makes up to six 1 L batches – up to 6 litres of kefir in total.
