What is it used for?

Useful for measuring small volumes of water, liquid ingredients, cleaning solution or other additions where a kitchen jug is too large. Place the cylinder on a level surface and read the scale at eye level for the clearest result.

Please note: at 130mm tall, this cylinder is not intended as a trial jar for a standard brewing hydrometer. Choose a suitably tall trial jar or measuring cylinder for hydrometer readings.

Care

Wash before and after use with a suitable cleaner, rinse thoroughly and avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the plastic or make the graduation marks harder to read. This is a practical home-brewing measure rather than certified laboratory volumetric glassware.
