SafAle S-33 Ale Dry Yeast 11.5g
SafAle S-33 dry ale yeast for fruity, full-bodied Belgian ales, strong English ales and New England IPA. 11.5g sachet.
SafAle S-33 Ale Yeast
SafAle S-33 is a fruity ale yeast with lower attenuation, helping leave more body and mouthfeel in the finished beer. It is particularly useful when you want a rounder, fuller result rather than a very dry finish.
Its versatility suits Belgian-style ales, strong English ales and modern hop-forward beers such as New England IPA where residual body can support a softer mouthfeel.

Substitutes
For fuller, lower-attenuation British-style ales, LalBrew Windsor is a useful alternative, although its flavour profile is more traditionally English. For hazy, hop-forward beers, LalBrew New England gives a more purpose-built juicy East Coast profile and attenuates more strongly.
Brewer's Tip
S-33 is a good tool when body is part of the recipe. If you are trying to make a very dry beer, choose a more attenuative strain instead.
