Sandy's Ginger Essence Fiery Hot – 125ml
Enjoy bold ginger flavour with a fiery finish. Sandy's Ginger Essence Fiery Hot makes warming ginger wine at home, ideal when you prefer a spicy kick rather than a mellow ginger flavour.
One 125ml bottle makes 4 x 750ml bottles of ginger wine when prepared with sugar and water.
How to Make Ginger Wine
- Place 1kg sugar and 2,350ml water in a lidded pan.
- Bring to the boil to dissolve the sugar.
- Turn off the heat and add 125ml Sandy's Ginger Wine Essence.
- Allow to cool, then pour into sterilised bottles.
Caution: Do not consume undiluted.
