Tasting Notes

Pale salmon pink in the glass with a vibrant nose of fresh strawberry and raspberry. On the palate it’s dry and medium-bodied with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Unoaked and fruit-forward — a classic summer rosé that pairs beautifully with salads, seafood, and light pasta dishes. Improves with age up to 12 months.
