Tasting Notes

Lively golden in the glass with an intensely perfumed nose of lychee, rose petals, and hints of passion fruit. On the palate it’s off-dry and refreshing — crisp apple fruit with floral headiness and a clean, aromatic finish. Unoaked and light-medium bodied, it’s a wonderful aperitif or partner to spiced dishes and Asian cuisine. Improves with age up to 12 months.
