11 Litre Plastic Carboy — PET
An 11.4-litre (2.5 UK gallon) carboy fermenter made from clear, heavy-duty PET plastic that is stain, odour, and taste resistant. Low oxygen permeability significantly reduces the risk of oxidation, making it well suited to wines, ciders, and smaller batch beers that benefit from a secondary fermentation vessel.
To minimise the risk of distortion, use lukewarm rather than boiling water when cleaning or rinsing this fermenter. We recommend using a tail cork or carboy cap with a bubbler airlock for a proper seal.
