Alcotec Vodka Star Turbo Yeast
The purest turbo yeast in the Alcotec range — specifically designed to produce the cleanest, most neutral base spirit possible. Slower than standard turbos, but the trade-off is exceptional purity, making it the ideal choice for vodka or as a base for Top Shelf flavourings where a clean canvas matters most.

- Higher temperatures may reduce ABV
Instructions
- Clean and sanitise all equipment thoroughly before use
- Dissolve 6kg of sugar in warm water, then top up to 25L
- Ensure temperature is between 17–24°C before pitching yeast
- Add yeast and stir well
- Ferment for 5–6 days, keeping temperature stable
- Clear with Turbo Clear and rack before distilling
