A toasted speciality malt that brings rich biscuit and dry grain character without the heaviness of darker roasted malts. Crisp Amber Malt adds a smooth, dry malt backbone and a warm amber hue — ideal when you want subtle toast and malt support in darker styles without caramel sweetness or roast bitterness getting in the way.
Use up to 20% of the grain bill to enhance complexity and body, particularly in malt-focused British ales where balance is everything.

Brewer's notes
Try 10% in a brown or red ale for colour clarity and malt balance. In lightly hopped session beers it prevents thinness and adds a satisfying malt finish without overshadowing the hops.
