Crisp Extra Pale Maris Otter retains the classic bready, lightly biscuited profile that makes Maris Otter famous — soft sweetness, excellent body, and stable foam — while keeping colour out of the way so hops can take centre stage.

Use up to 100% of the grist in any style that benefits from a light base with a touch of traditional English malt character.
