Vienna Malt – Crisp Maltings
Crafted in the UK to bring the classic continental Vienna profile into your brewhouse. Kilned slightly higher than standard pale malts, Crisp Vienna develops rich golden colour and layered malt flavours — biscuit, light honey, and gentle grain sweetness — while remaining free from caramel or roasted flavours. Adds body and smooth malt depth while showcasing clean fermentation or balanced hop bitterness.
Use up to 100% of the grist in Vienna lagers and golden-to-amber beers, or blend at lower rates to enrich the malt character of pale ales and IPAs. Even small percentages add golden tone and subtle biscuit character.

Try Vienna Malt at 50–100% in Vienna lagers or Festbiers for authentic colour and malt softness. It enhances mouthfeel and supports stable foam, giving beers a polished malt finish without the sweetness of a crystal malt.
