Beautiful garnet in the glass with vibrant aromas of cherry, plum, raspberry, and strawberry. On the palate it’s light-medium bodied and dry with fresh red fruit, medium oak, and a smooth, approachable finish. A versatile red that pairs effortlessly with salmon, duck, mushroom dishes, or a good charcuterie board. Improves with 1–2 months of bottle ageing.

Brewing Tips

• Fermentation takes around 3–4 weeks at room temperature.
• Age for at least 1–2 months after bottling for best results.
• For greater body or depth, reduce the amount of water added slightly.
