Deeply coloured with an intense nose of dark fruit and spice. On the palate it’s full-bodied and richly textured — super-ripe fruit, bold peppery undertones, heavy oak, and a long, tangy finish. A bold, satisfying Shiraz that improves with 1–2 months of bottle ageing.

Brewing Tips

• Fermentation takes around 3–4 weeks at room temperature.
• Age for at least 1–2 months after bottling for best results.
• For greater body or depth, reduce the amount of water added slightly.
