A classic British pale malt made from top-grade two-row spring barley, kilned to a slightly higher colour than standard pale malt. The result is a clean, rounded malt flavour with delicate biscuit and honey notes — the heart of traditional British ales, providing a soft sweetness and body that balances hop bitterness beautifully.

Use up to 100% of the grist for bitters, golden ales, and pale ales, or as a base wherever a touch more malt presence is desired without moving into caramel or crystal territory.
