A cool area is recommended when using this product, Clear IT is sufficient to treat up to 270 litres.
It is advisable to transfer the wine after treatment (usually within 24-72 hours depending on temperature).
In the case of excessively cloudy wines or beers, a second treatment may be necessary.
Warning - Excessive or sheer high mixing should be avoided as this will slow clearing.
