Low in gluten, it's also a useful option for crafting reduced-gluten beers without sacrificing fermentability.

Brewer's notes
At higher usage rates, flaked adjuncts can slow your lauter. Add rice hulls or a well-husked base malt to keep the mash flowing freely and avoid a stuck sparge.
