Flaked Torrefied Barley – Crisp Maltings
Want a better head on your homebrew? Flaked Torrefied Barley is one of the most effective adjuncts for promoting head retention and adding a satisfying body to the finished beer — with a slightly more pronounced grainy character than its wheat counterpart.
Heat-treated and rolled flat, it drops straight into the mash with no pre-cooking required. A versatile adjunct that works across virtually all beer styles, and a useful alternative to wheat in recipes already heavy on huskless grains.

Brewer's notes
Like all flaked adjuncts, barley can slow your lauter at higher rates. Add rice hulls or a well-husked base malt to keep the mash flowing freely and avoid a stuck sparge.
