German Pilsen Malt – Crisp Maltings
Produced to continental pilsner specifications using selected European spring barley, Crisp German Pilsen Malt delivers a soft grain sweetness with subtle honey and bread crust notes — light in colour, clean in flavour, and excellently modified for classic lager brewing. Its low colour and gentle flavour make it the ideal choice when hops and fermentation character need to take the spotlight.
Use up to 100% of the grist in authentic pilsners, lagers, Kölsch, and blonde styles, or blend with a touch of Vienna or Munich for extra depth.
