Not your average oat malt. Simpsons Golden Naked Oats are a huskless crystal oat malt that brings something genuinely distinctive to the grain bill — a deep golden hue, light caramel sweetness, and a creamy, satiny mouthfeel that rounds out hop-forward beers beautifully.
Where flaked oats add body, Golden Naked Oats add character. That subtle nuttiness and caramel depth make them a favourite in juicy IPAs, oat stouts, and speciality beers where texture and balance matter as much as flavour.

Brewer's notes
Being huskless, Golden Naked Oats can contribute to a sluggish lauter if used at the higher end of the range. Add rice hulls or a well-husked base malt to keep things flowing freely.
