Mangrove Jack's M44 US West Coast yeast for clean, neutral American pale ales, IPAs and hop-forward beers.
Mangrove Jack's M44 US West Coast Yeast
Mangrove Jack's M44 is a clean American-style ale yeast designed for hop-forward beers where you want the malt and hops to stay firmly in the foreground.
Its high attenuation gives a crisp, relatively dry finish, making it particularly useful for American pale ales, IPAs and stronger hop-led beers.

Substitutes
SafAle US-05 is the closest active alternative for a clean, neutral American ale fermentation. LalBrew Nottingham is another clean option, but it flocculates more strongly and can give a firmer, drier finish.
Brewer's Tip
M44 is best when you want the hops to do the talking. Keep fermentation steady and avoid pushing it warm if a neutral profile is the priority.
