How to Use
Sprinkle the contents of the sachet directly onto the surface of your brew, or make a yeast starter for a stronger fermentation:
- Add ½ teaspoon of sugar and the sachet contents to a glass with ~50ml of warm water (approx. 20°C).
- Cover with a clean plate and leave for 15–20 minutes.
- Before adding the yeast, vigorously stir your cider to introduce as much oxygen as possible — this promotes a strong, healthy fermentation.
- Add the yeast starter to your brew and fit the airlock.
