Substitute Yeasts
Mangrove Jack's CL23 is a neutral 18% alternative for sparkling and white wines. Gervin GV10 is another clean sparkling-wine and restart option.
Winemaker's Tip
GV3 can help with difficult fermentations, but a stuck ferment should be diagnosed first. Temperature, nutrient shortage, excessive alcohol or another inhibition may need correcting before adding more yeast.
