Liquid Wine Finings

Very fast-acting and simple to use 2-part wine finings to treat up to 25 litres of wine.

The sachet can be stored at room temperature (5-30°C), with no need to refrigerate.

  • Ensure that fermentation has completely finished and the wine has been stabilised.
  • Degas the wine by stirring vigorously until there are no more bubbles on the surface.
  • Add Stage 1 finings stirring gently for approx. 10 seconds and leave to stand for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, add Stage 2 finings stirring gently for approx. 10 seconds before leaving it to clear in a cool place. (15°C)

Allergens: Contains sulphites and are a product of crustaceans.
