Harris Cider Brite Finings — Single Dose
Cider Brite is a freeze-dried isinglass cider fining that clears homebrew cider quickly and compacts sediment for easier racking. Although ciders will eventually clear naturally, this can take many months — Cider Brite accelerates the process significantly. One sachet is sufficient to clear up to 23 litres (5 gallons) of cider. How to Use
- Add two level teaspoons of powder to half a cup of cold water
- Whisk with a fork for 1 minute to thoroughly mix
- Leave for 15 minutes, then whisk again
- Add to 23 litres (5 gallons) of cider at the end of fermentation
