Mangrove Jack's M41 Belgian Ale Yeast
Mangrove Jack's M41 is a highly attenuative Belgian ale yeast for expressive beers where spicy, fruity and phenolic fermentation character is part of the style.
It is particularly well suited to strong Belgian ales, producing a dry finish while allowing complex yeast character to remain prominent.

SafAle T-58 is a good alternative for spicy, phenolic Belgian character, although it is generally less attenuative. Mangrove Jack's M31 Belgian Tripel is another highly attenuative option with a complex fruity, spicy and phenolic profile.
Brewer's Tip
Use M41 when the yeast character should be obvious in the finished beer. For a cleaner Belgian-style fermentation, choose a less expressive strain rather than trying to suppress M41's natural profile.
