Gervin GV7 Restart Wine Yeast

How to Use
Before restarting a ferment, check the likely cause. Bring the wine or must into the recommended temperature range and correct obvious nutrient or process problems before adding fresh yeast. Follow the sachet directions for pitching and use nutrient where appropriate.
Substitute Yeasts
Gervin GV3 is a robust 18% alternative that also suits restart work. Mangrove Jack's CL23 is another resilient, neutral 18% option.
Winemaker's Tip
Do not simply add more yeast to every stalled fermentation. Excessive alcohol, low temperature, nutrient deficiency, unsuitable pH or another inhibition may need correcting first.
