A complete yeast nutrient blend for grape wine, country wine, mead and demanding fermentations. Tronozymol supplies yeast-assimilable nitrogen alongside vitamins and trace minerals to support a clean, complete ferment.

- Dry table wine: 1–2 teaspoons per 4.5 litres
- Sweet wine: 2–3 teaspoons per 4.5 litres
- Higher-alcohol wine: up to 5 teaspoons per 4.5 litres
- Sluggish fermentation: 1–2 teaspoons per 4.5 litres
These are guide rates rather than a universal recipe. Nutrient demand varies with the must, yeast strain, starting gravity and additions already made.
How to Use
Dissolve the measured amount in a small quantity of clean water or must, then stir it into the batch. For high-gravity wine or mead, follow a suitable recipe rather than adding the maximum dose automatically.
Storage
Reseal after use and store in a cool, dry place. Use clean, dry measuring equipment to prevent moisture entering the tub.
